Privacy Policy

In short. Your videos never leave your computer: Flyball reads, traces and exports them in your browser. Online we keep your account, your tracer settings (with each video's file name) and your plan, stored in the EU. No ads, no analytics, no tracking cookies. Payments are handled by Paddle, and your card details never reach us. You can see or delete your data at any time.

1. Who is responsible

Alex van Niekerk, a sole proprietor (enkeltmandsvirksomhed) in Denmark trading as Flyball, is the data controller for Flyball. Questions and requests: support@flyball.pro.

2. Your videos stay on your computer

Decoding, ball tracking, camera-motion analysis, drawing the tracer and writing the MP4 all happen in your browser. Your videos and exports are never uploaded to us or anyone else.

To work offline and pick up where you left off, the app keeps some things in your browser's own storage on your computer: your sign-in session, a signed record of your plan (so exports work offline), your preferences, and a local copy of your tracers. This storage is needed for the app to work; it is not used to track you, and there are no analytics or advertising cookies.

3. What we store, why, and for how long

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

4. Payments

Paid plans are sold by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details and billing information as its own controller, under Paddle's Privacy Notice. We never see your card details. Paddle tells us what you bought and its status, with its own reference numbers.

5. Who handles data for us

Some of these are US companies. Where data may leave the EEA, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses. Paddle is in the UK, which the EU recognises as giving adequate protection.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, deleted or exported, restrict how we use it, or object to how we use it. Email support@flyball.pro from the address on your account; we answer within a month.

Deleting your account deletes your account, your saved tracers and your plan. Purchase records are kept for as long as bookkeeping law requires. Tracers stored in your own browser stay there until you clear the site's data.

7. Complaints

You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk, or to the authority in the country you live in. We'd be glad to hear from you first.

8. Children

Flyball is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly hold their data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
