Refund Policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
14 days, no questions asked. Any payment — a Pro subscription, a renewal or a Trip pass — can be refunded in full within 14 days of paying it.
How to get a refund
- Use the link in the receipt email from Paddle, or look up your order at paddle.net; or
- email support@flyball.pro from the address you bought with, and we'll arrange it.
You don't need to give a reason. Our reseller Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, makes the refund to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What a refund changes
- Trip pass: the refunded pass ends straight away. Any other pass you hold is not affected.
- Pro: when we refund a subscription payment we also cancel that subscription, so you won't be charged again, and Pro ends then.
- Exports you have already made are yours to keep.
After 14 days
You can cancel Pro at any time under Manage billing in the app. It then doesn't renew, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't refund part-used periods after 14 days, except where the law requires it or we close Flyball (see the Terms).
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of a digital service within 14 days. This policy gives you at least the same, without conditions, and does not limit any other rights you have under the law where you live.
