Terms of Service

Last updated 29 October 2026

In short. Flyball is a browser app that adds shot tracers to your golf videos. Your videos stay on your computer. The editor is free; free exports are 720p with a small flyball.pro tag. Paid plans are sold by our reseller Paddle and can be cancelled at any time. Every payment can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. Danish law applies. The full terms below are what count.

1. Who we are

Flyball is run by Alex van Niekerk, a sole proprietor (enkeltmandsvirksomhed) in Denmark ("Flyball", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@flyball.pro.

These terms are an agreement between you and us about using Flyball at flyball.pro. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Purchases are also covered by Paddle's terms (section 5).

2. The service

Flyball adds broadcast-style shot tracers to golf videos and writes them back to MP4 files. It runs in Google Chrome on a computer. Your videos are read, processed and exported on your own device; we never receive them. Only your account, your tracer settings and your plan are stored online — see the Privacy Policy.

We keep improving Flyball and may change, add or remove features. We will not take away a paid feature from you during a period you have already paid for.

3. Your account

4. Plans

Because exporting happens on your computer, the app checks your plan with our server whenever it is online, and at least every 5 days. If it can't check for longer than that, it offers the free export until you reconnect. Your tracers are never affected.

5. Buying a plan

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase itself. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. In the EU and the UK it includes VAT; in some other countries sales tax is added at checkout.

6. Subscriptions

7. Refunds and your right of withdrawal

You can have any payment refunded in full within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason. How it works is on the Refund Policy page.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of a digital service within 14 days. Our refund policy gives you at least that, with no conditions, so you never have to rely on the legal right alone.

8. Your videos and exports

9. Fair use

Don't try to get around the plan check or the free-plan limits, misuse or overload the service, access other people's accounts or data, or use Flyball for anything unlawful.

10. Availability

We work to keep Flyball running and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that every computer can export every file. The app never changes your original videos; keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

11. Liability

We are liable under Danish law for loss we cause through negligence. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost data, unless we caused it intentionally or through gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

12. Ending the agreement

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

14. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.

If something is wrong, write to us first at support@flyball.pro — most things are quickly put right. Complaints about a payment go to Paddle, which is the seller. If you live in Denmark and we can't agree, you can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) through Nævnenes Hus.
